The world was on the brink of chaos and anarchy.
The Europa project to resettle humans from earth was crawling slowly, adding to the growing tension and frustration. With only a few years left before the sun extinguishes and dies, every second was crucial. What was once the hope of the human race was now in doubt.
It was left to Dave Challice and Lorn Ferrus of Neptune labs to come up with the solutions and regain the lost confidence of the people of earth. Can they use Tim, the super sentient being, along with the advanced technology to save the human race?
